In places like Liberia and the Mano River Basin, it’s vital to help young people because many don’t have jobs. They find it hard to get agricultural work because most farmers are older. VOSIEDA is doing important work by offering training in farming businesses, vocational skills, and how to start their own businesses. This training prepares them for careers in agriculture.

Climate change makes things even harder for young folks. It causes floods, droughts, and extreme heat or cold.
